Seven modalities,
one for every body.

Each session begins with a short conversation — what your body has carried today, what it asks of you tomorrow. From deep tissue massage and Swedish massage to aromatherapy massage, sport massage and lymphatic drainage massage, the modality below is a starting point; pressure, pace and oils we shape together once we begin.

Swedish

Long, flowing strokes at light to medium pressure. The classical entry point — a session that warms the whole body, lengthens the breath and softens the day before it asks anything difficult of you.

Deep Tissue

Slow, sustained pressure on knots, adhesions and the chronically tight bands along the back, shoulders and hips. For bodies that have been holding too much for too long. Firm but never punishing.

Aromatherapy Oil

Warmed essential oils — lavender, neroli, sweet orange, vetiver — chosen for the mood you arrive in. Scent leads, touch follows. A nervous-system reset more than a muscular one.

Lymphatic Drainage

Soft, rhythmic strokes that follow the body's own drainage paths. Light pressure, deep effect — gentle for sensitive bodies, post-travel puffiness or simply a session that asks for stillness.

Sport

Targeted work for active bodies. Mobility before training, recovery after. Stretching, percussion and focused pressure on the muscle groups that are working hardest in your week.

Classical

A complete full-body treatment in the European tradition. Time-tested sequencing, properly trained hands, always thorough — head to feet without rushing anywhere along the way.

Relax

No agenda, no goal. Gentle, generous, and as quiet as you need it to be. The session for nights that simply ask for it — when the rest of the world can wait for ninety minutes.
